Magic Streets – Terms of service

Welcome to Magic Streets! This is a location-based mobile game created by Build it Games. By playing Magic Streets, you agree to the following terms of service (“TOS”). These terms are a legal agreement between you and Build it Games. Please read them carefully before playing the game.

1. Acceptance of TOS

By playing Magic Streets, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to these terms, do not play the game.

2. Age Requirements

To play Magic Streets, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 13 years old, you may not play Magic Streets without your parent or legal guardian’s permission.

3. Privacy Policy

Build it Games respects your privacy. Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use information about you when you play Magic Streets. By playing Magic Streets, you agree to our privacy policy.

4. License to Use Magic Streets

Build it Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Magic Streets for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is revocable at any time without notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Magic Streets in accordance with these TOS and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use Magic Streets for any illegal purpose;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players;
• Cheat, exploit, or modify Magic Streets;
• Use any bots, scripts, or other automated methods to play Magic Streets;
• Impersonate another player or falsely represent yourself;
• Use Magic Streets in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or network infrastructure;
• Use Magic Streets to send spam or other unsolicited messages; or
• Use Magic Streets to engage in any activity that violates these TOS or any applicable laws or regulations.

6. User Content

You may be able to submit content, such as via the chat, in connection with Magic Streets. By submitting content, you grant Build it Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the content for any purpose. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

7. Termination

Build it Games may terminate your access to Magic Streets at any time without notice, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Magic Streets is provided “as is” and “as available.” Build it Games makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Magic Streets or your use of Magic Streets.

9. Limitation of Liability

Build it Games is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of Magic Streets, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes damages arising from any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or other issues related to Magic Streets.

10. Respect for Local Laws and Traffic Rules

When playing Magic Streets, you must always respect local laws and traffic rules. Do not play while driving or engaging in any other activity that may endanger yourself or others. Be aware of your surroundings and be considerate of others. Build it Games is not responsible for any injury, damage, or legal consequences that may result from your failure to comply with local laws and traffic rules while playing Magic Streets.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Build it Games harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of Magic Streets, your violation of these TOS, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Modifications to TOS

Build it Games reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time without notice. Your continued use of Magic Streets after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified TOS.
